Since when has it been endangered?
How many were there before they became popular in Chinese medicine? Thanks. Imagine Reason (talk) 23:21, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
Not sure if anyone checks in here but.. Does anyone think it would be a good idea to add a section about the joint GCT conservation effort between American based Turtle Conservancy and Kadoorie Farm & Botanical Garden in Hong Kong? The Turtle Conservancy sent five very valuable GCT specimens to Kadoorie in 2013. This effort aims to boost remaining wild populations in Hong Kong. [1][2] Yudhei (talk) 05:08, 3 February 2016 (UTC)
