Other sports

As this is a multisport club, I've grouped the current information under a Football header, and left an empty section (with an "expand" tag) for "Other Sports". LukeSurl t c 20:34, 28 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You are right, they do have other sections with all sorts of sports. However, they are first and foremost associated with football. Thus, I think it is better to follow the German version of the article and have the main article about the football team with a section "Other sports" somewhere at the end. 1893?

"In 1893, Grasshopper became the first Swiss team to play in (what was then) Germany, defeating RC Strasbourg 1–0." False. RCS was founded in 1906 and the first international match played by AS Strasbourg (only active football team in Strasbourg in 1893) was versus FC Basel (june 18th, 1894).
