Here's the problem: This article has but one source. That source says "Named by W. H. Dall, US@C&GS, in 1880, for Constantin Grewingk" without the "von." Both names, with or without the "von" are redlinks so the reasoning that it has to be "von" because otherwise it messes up the link makes no sense. I'm completely open to the possibility that GNIS has it wrong, but without a source to contradict them it is obviously
