Southeastern Mexico

The Gulf of Tehuantepec is near the far eastern end of Mexico, on its southern coast. Someone edited this page and changed "southeastern" to "southwestern", citing as the reason in the commit comment that it is on the Pacific coast. But as clearly seen on a map, the gulf is farther east than at least 80% of Mexico, perhaps even 90%. I reverted the change. I think the mistake was probably a projection of US geographic concepts onto Mexico. Just because the Pacific coast of the US is called the "West Coast" and is nowhere near any part of the eastern US, that does not mean that the same is true for Mexico.
