Neutrality?

The section on "Morality" is unsourced and looks like the pushing of that position. It could be merged into another section, sourced and neutralised, or it might be better to just remove it. Fences&Windows 19:45, 13 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Doesn't make sense

How can Cebu City have a prevalence rate of >5%, when 5% of its population of ~900000 is 45,000, more than the entire number of cases in The Philippines. It's the same for the other cities with quoted 5% prevalence rates, they are obviously wrong.
