Evident attempt to discredit HLC
I have added to references about HLC and their accreditation of an alleged diploma mill. Satinmaster (talk) 17:10, 18 February 2012 (UTC)
- I've added a section heading. Never edit articles to make a talk) 06:24, 20 February 2012 (UTC)]
Dickinson State University IS accredited by HLC. http://www.ncahlc.org/component/com_directory/Action,ShowBasic/Itemid,/instid,1514/ Satinmaster (talk) 12:25, 20 February 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, and none of your edits point out what the sources say, that Dickinson is likely to face sanctions from the HLC. Clearly an attempt to make a talk) 13:52, 20 February 2012 (UTC)]
- Or that the report was a followup of an earlier meeting between Dickinson officials ant the Higher Learning Commission at which the DUS officials "realized they may have an issue with one or more of the HLC’s
requirements surrounding academic agreements".http://www.ndus.edu/uploads/reports/94/dsu-internal-review-ddj-final-draft1-020912.pdf page 7].
North Central Association is being (or has already been) dissolved
The North Central Association is being dissolved, leaving HLC to stand on its own. See discussion at Talk:North_Central_Association_of_Colleges_and_Schools#NCA_has_been_dissolved_Comment. AlbertBickford (talk) 17:48, 5 November 2015 (UTC)

Date of Formation
If the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) was formed after North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA) was dissolved in 2014, then why does the Wikipedia article say the that HLC was formed in 1895? Wasn't the HLC formed sometime during, or after, the year 2014?
