That makes it sound like it's in a pit. Well, it isn't. Most of the neighborhood is simply on the south side of the part of the Hollywood Hills which is between Cahuenga and Argyle, that's all. I used to live in that area. Franklin is the southern border, and all of this neighborhood is uphill from Franklin.

This is definitely a neighborhood, and there are refs out there if somebody cares . . .
