I see no reason why this information can't be added to the article, for other articles on Cline's songs list the musicians. http://www.patsycline.info/decca.html lists the following musicians:

• Harold Bradley – 6-string electric bass
• Hank Garland – electric guitar
• Randy Hughes – acoustic guitar
• The Jordanaires – vocals
• Ben Keith – steel guitar
• Doug Kirkham – drums
• Bob Moore – acoustic bass
• Hargus "Pig" Robbins – piano
