I only started this as I realised that so many articles linked to it, but nobody had actually started the article itself! Poorly relies heavily on a single source (official site of the ICCR). I'd like to see additional sections added - eg. how has the ICCR succeeded / failed in it's cultural diplomacy goal? What do critics say about the organisation? etc.
