- callalo in jamaica was not imported by indians. it exists in jamaican records from before the end of slavery.

That link doesn't work. I've used the sources provided, especially the one by Tortello, which relies heavily on the research of Mansingh, Parboosingh and Sherlock. I've put references where they were lacking.Mikesiva (talk) 15:34, 5 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
