Ah, this comment is nearly ten years old. Anyway, a juistification to visit Myanmar even in the days of the dictators wasa that they try to isolate their population, and by traveling there as a tourist you prohibit that. Rbakels (talk) 15:18, 12 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Took a map from OpenStreetMap.org and indicated the location of the lake, but it isn't a good map at all. We need a clear map of both the location of the lake in Myanmar and a topographic map of the lake itself. Anyone? Pim Rijkee (talk) 12:59, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The surface area can be measured. No reason to "estimate". Intended is probably to say that the surface is about 116 km2. Which is even redundant: no one would think the surface is 116.000000000000000 km2. Rbakels (talk) 15:22, 12 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
