Putting vocab online?

Hi,

I am very interested to find the vocabulary for ISL, or at least a subset of the vocabulary? I can't even seem to find a copy of the book that first published the vocabulary set... Anybody? Thanks, Brettz9 (talk) 22:51, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, that would be nice. I lot of work, though. kwami (talk) 23:46, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Know where I might find it? Brettz9 (talk) 23:59, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Nope. I've seen the book, but don't have a copy of it. Interlibrary loan's the way to go if they don't charge you too much. kwami (talk) 01:26, 19 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently not much of the original Gestuno vocabulary (from the dictionary) is actually used in I.S. nowadays. Here's a link to a paper with examples of signs: http://gri.gallaudet.edu/Publications/ragu_fall2005.pdf I'll update the article with some of the info from this paper. I don't think we can use the images though, due to copyright. ntennis 02:01, 19 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
