WikiProject Francophonie?

Does anyone think there should be a WP:WikiProject Francophonie? It would be like WP:WikiProject Commonwealth that handles the British Commonwealth.

Members or observers?

Five countries seem to be listed as both members and observers (e.g., Poland, Czech Republic). Surely they are one or the other, not both? Grutness...wha? 07:08, 19 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I would change them in line with way countries are listed on the
Join WikiProject Athletics!

The Republic of Congo (Once known as Congo-Brazzaville) was a French colony, as opposed to The Democratic Republic of Congo (once known as Zaire), which was a Belgian colony. 82.3.144.140 (talk) 11:02, 12 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Slovenia

Is it an observer or a member? It's on both lists.
