The official site JoBlo.com was removed, citing too many ad/pop-ups. This is the site for which this article is about, and the ads do not seem any more prevalent when compared to other web sites about the film industry. I've encountered no pop-ups when using the site, and the ads are usually limited to one banner ad at the top of the page. Please review the relevancy of including the official site under the external links; it seems it would be very relevant. -- BubbaStrangelove 19:50, 20 May 2006

I was the editor who originally removed the link to the site. The ads are extremely excessive and annoying. The site offers flickering gifs, flash movies, banner ads, and a new popunder every time you click on any link (see below). I'm arguing in favor of keeping this link out until the site owner can clean it up a bit. I won't revert if the link gets added back but keeping it in sets a bad precedent for other articles. Unreferenced and cleanup tags added

I just followed a wikilink here and do not see standardized Wikipedia references. Even the ones provided not seem to directly support the cited material. I would advise regulars beyond the main contributor to take a look at this page. It is now on my Watchlist.--Morenooso (talk) 01:07, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Some of the direct links read like ads. In fact, this whole article reads like an ad.--Morenooso (talk) 01:10, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Addition of Notability tag

Looking at this article's history reveals this article was nominated for a Speedy Delete and previously had a Nobility tag. If the article cannot be clean-up with proper citations and wifikied like a standard article, it may be a candidate for Articles for Deletion. --Morenooso (talk) 06:01, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Arrow in the Head

Why does

Arrow in the Head
redirect to this page? It is not explained or mentioned anywhere in the article. Did JoBlo.com previously exist under a different website name? -- 109.76.203.156 (talk) 02:28, 31 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Horror news and reviews are published on the website under that banner. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 06:19, 31 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
