"The series aired in the UK on the ITV network during 1969."

Do we actually know this? I don't think it has been mentioned in previous edits. Is there a citation to support the statement? Online discussion I had previously read suggested that it was specifically made for US broadcast—hence, perhaps, the 'In Color' card at the beginning of the title sequence. I realise that certain episodes, if not the full series, were (much later) broadcast in the UK. Harfarhs (talk) 13:07, 5 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
