Producers on track listing

It might be helpful to reference why the producers are listed as this generally isn't done for track listings. Seems like fine folks but we should explain why they are listed so prominently.

Just like You (Keyshia Cole album)Just Like You (Keyshia Cole album) – This page has been redirected to Just like You in which the word "like" isn't capitalized. On AllMusic, the album booklet, and everywhere else online, the album is listed as Just Like You. I would like for this to be fixed. Manuel Mexico (talk) 12:49, December 28, 2011 (UTC)

  • Comment: According to the
manual of style, short prepositions are uncapitalized in album titles. However, there seems to be greater opposition to uncapitalizing "like" than the equally short "with", which is uncontroversially uncapitalized. Perhaps it's because the word can function in two roles resulting in two different capitalizations: e.g. "I Just Like You" (where "like" is a verb) and "I Am Just like You" (where "like" is a preposition). Here the word functions as a preposition, so according to the MOS it should not be capitalized. Jafeluv (talk) 00:22, 2 January 2012 (UTC)[reply

Policy discussion in progress

There is a policy discussion in progress at the Manual of Style which affects this page, suggesting that the capitalization of "like" should be removed. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. — LlywelynII 18:11, 14 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
