So did nobody care?
I only just found out this morning that Klondike Days is no more. This has been an iconic event in Edmonton for many years and this rebranding sounds dubious at best (an "educational" kid's midway? C'mon!). Was there no controversy at all about the changing? If there was, this should be added to the article (as well as, of course, more about the history of the event). 23skidoo 13:35, 16 July 2006 (UTC)

- The official name has both E & X capitalized, even when Capital is lower case, see the logo and official website for examples. Does the official name not trump the MOS here? 117Avenue (talk) 00:26, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
- No, that's exactly the situation the MOS addresses: 'Follow standard English text formatting and capitalization rules even if the trademark owner considers nonstandard formatting "official".' Telus is a similar example: Telus's internal style guide has their employees always write TELUS, but Wikipedia spells it Telus. Indefatigable (talk) 03:32, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
Agree. Yes, I just noticed that at
Agree. "EX" is really a short form of "Exhibition". PKT(alk) 16:01, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
