KESQ attempt to expand to Riverside-San Bernardino

In January 1999, former KESQ owner Bill Evans was denied permission to build a 2,400 foot transmit tower on the San Jacinto Mountains near Banning, Cal. 20 miles west of Palm Springs. Evans wanted to include a million more viewers living in Riverside and San Bernardino areas, despite they belong to the Los Angeles Television market but ABC programs are on

KPSP-LP went on air on September 2002. KESQ-TV purchased KUNA-AM 1400 in 1993, which is the Coachella Valley's oldest radio station began as KREO of Indio in 1946. The AM dial frequently switches formats like news-talk or Spanish language or oldies music. KESQ-AM was purchased by Radio Alfa y Omega in 2002 to become a Hispanic christian music station, though call letters may have changed by now. In the 1970's and 80s, KREO was one of California's renowned Spanish language radio stations (then called KUNA), where Hispanics compose a large demographic in Indio/Coachella and the Palm Springs area. KUNA moved to the FM dial in the mid 1990s, in part of KESQ launched a news/talk format on the AM dial. John Coleman

On the alumni list for KESQ-TV, the late John Coleman is listed. From reading news stories around the time of his death in 2018, I found no other news source stating that Coleman was member of KESQ's news team. I would suggest that this be removed. Anybody concur?
