- The procedural issues with the recent RFD are annoying, and it's only been two weeks since the DRV closed? At the same time, we are not a bureaucracy, and as long as the request to look at this again was made in good faith, we can still allow ourselves to look at the merits. So, there's clearly some ambiguity to this phrase. Are the readers recognizing this as ambiguous? We can try to find traces of that in the clickstreams: clickstream-enwiki-2024-02.tsv shows 6,277 clickstreams from 2024_Kansas_City_parade_shooting to Kansas_City_massacre. clickstream-enwiki-2024-03.tsv shows 172 clickstreams from 2024_Kansas_City_parade_shooting to Kansas_City_massacre and 76 from Kansas_City_shooting to 2024_Kansas_City_parade_shooting. Because of the recent nature of the event, there was a huge amount of reader interest in February, which started to subside in March [1]. Presenting a list to readers shouldn't be out of the question, but maybe we need to make sure the most recent events are at the top, as chronological ordering isn't necessarily beneficial to navigation here. It seems the trial for the Ralph Yarl shooting is coming up later this year, and then the reader interest may yet ebb and flow. --Joy (talk) 13:27, 28 April 2024 (UTC)]
