The Wikipedia manual of style says that article titles and language should be in US English by default. Furthermore, it states that the most commonly used word or phrase should be used. Since Kerbside collection is only used in the UK, and Curbside recycling is used elsewhere, I propose that this article be moved to

Kerbside -> Curbside
