Kidde recently stopped manufacturing it's wireless sounder device after threats from it inventor to sue for patent infringment. Patent 6,420,973 Again big company stealing little inventors idea. The article says: "It was acquired by Williams Holdings in 1988"
erm... wasn't it Hanson that bought Kidde ?
