Local Name

This page seems to be about snakes in the US. This is really rather significant. It refers to no snake on any of the other continents. Gowt (talk) 20:40, 27 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article didn't refer to range of habitat at all. Lampropeltis is a New World genus, with most species native to the continental U.S. and Mexico. I added a short section on range of habitat and morphology of the genus. Rt3368 (talk) 12:07, 29 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
