It's not folk

I deleted the attribute "folk" at the beginning, where it was defined a "folk song". In fact, it's an author's song, which mimics some details of the folk music (but french folk, not italian: in particular the instrumental part) while the vocabulary used is not at all a popular one: on the contrary, the words are refined, cultured and unusual and reveal clearly an academic origin.

How old is this song?

Does it date back to the French Revolution or was it composed by Italian neo-fascists in the 20th century? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.250.239.19 (talk) 16:21, 13 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
