The original score in IMSLP has "Le Roi Carotte" with the R in upper case.[1] Current usage would go for the "r". Usage on French language CDs is inconsistent. So I don't really have a strong preference as to which of these should take precedence. Xgretsch (talk) 18:09, 3 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
