Reissue Issues

Black Flag is RETARDED for not releasing this compilation for CD reissue. RE-TAR-DED. Seriously, aside from Rollins getting fat and gray, what else is he doing??? SIGN A RELEASE FOR THIS REISSUE! That goes for the other band Jello had a "falling out" with. It's just more money for you people. You're all bitching and complaining and sicking the RIAA on everyone because of illegal downloads, well here's the litmus test for whether "alternative downloads" are reasonable or not. The artists won't sign a release for a CD reissue or this album and the original LPs are all busted or virtually impossible to re-acquire so where the hell else are people supposed to get their favorite music?? ReTARdead.

I wrote a poem about it:

"HA HA HA I say as I Flip you the bird. Let Them Eat Jellybeans is The Prisoner of a bunch of RETARDS leaving a reissue effort DOA. Downloading it from other sources is now a Police Story thanks to Black Flag. We'd gladly Pay to Cum and satisfy our Bad Brains but NOOO. All you Nazi Punks can Fuck Off, get brain tumors and join the rest of the Dead Kennedys. You dirtbags are all on a Paid Vacation thanks to your FANS...Enjoy your Circle Jerks as we all spend our money elsewhere. Your ties to the RIAA are total Prostitution and I hope your dicks turn Really Red. You're just enabling the conservative, religious right in America forcing us all to deal with Jesus Entering from the Rear. You're slaves to your dicks...subhumans. I'm thinking about dropping a bit of polonium in your soap dish...Isotope Soap for ya.

Persecution, that's my song. The Fans aren't A-listers to you FAT, OLD former-punks any more, they're BPeople. You treat us like An Object causing Deep Wounds. Everyone who contributed to this album is a Bigot..F OFF! The RIAA gives you rich Corporate Food but there's no Fun Again for us because you won't sign a release! Well, the Jokes on You. You're Christian Lunch now and your fans are all asleep at your voice farm."

Maybe I'll turn that into a song, take all the money from it and buy the rights to this LP, give it a proper reissue and get RICH from it. Then I'll buy all your homes, leave you living on the street and spend the rest of my life laughing at your stupidity.LactoseIntolerant (talk) 14:24, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair Use Rationale for Image:Eatjellybeans.jpg has been Provided and Should Meet the Sniff Test

I did notice I forgot the proper Fair Use verbiage aside from the standard template and have provide an appropriate case for the image to be used under the Fair Use statutes. As directed, I included a link to the original article and I believe that particular concern has been addressed. I'll leave the original notification from BotBot, but I'm going to remove the duplicate entry made by the BOT as I find it personally odious, annoying and distracting...in fact I find the entire image policy here at the present time odious, annoying and distracting. That's a discussion for another page however....could anyone point me to that page...because I really feel a burning need to participate in that discussion (makes several grunting, gar and harrumph sounds).

Probably not an issue with the Dead Kennedys, because AT still does have the rights to reissue "Nazi Punks Fuck Off".

Isotope Soap is probably an alternate version as well, because the version off of his album You Goddam Kids! sounds different.
