Lincoln Park versus "Lincoln Park"
Still needs to be a distinction between "The Coast" (which I've personally never heard of) and the actual park called Lincoln Park.
The Coast was a historic neighborhood in Newark and is not synonymous with the Lincoln Park redevelopment neighborhood.
