My edit was correct

My edit that Gravity Falls received 2.71 million, and not 2.78 million was correct. On tvbythenumbers.com, the 2.78 numbers is a Sunday rerun. If you scroll down to the second Gravity Falls ratings area (which is mistakenly under Sunday too, not Saturday) it says 9:25. Gravity Falls aired HeadHunters at 9:25 on Saturday. It also says 2.71 million; so my edit was correct! The number that said 2.78 million was clearly a rerun. Fix it! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.202.9.205 (talk) 19:50, 4 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

We go by what references state. It is obvious from what you wrote above that the reference used for the ep does not cover ratings for the episode in question. We can't tell from the reference that the later info is for Saturday, your assertion is not sufficient for that determination. Removed the info in total as there is no explicit ratings reference describing Saturday June 30. Geraldo Perez (talk) 20:48, 4 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
A later reference has a section that covers Saturday June 30th, Gravity Falls was not listed in that section either. Geraldo Perez (talk) 16:22, 8 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
That episode doesn't have any ratings information here now.... Alphius (talk) 01:45, 18 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Doesn't season two have 20 episodes? It was confirmed in that podcast. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.116.24.5 (talk) 01:47, 15 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Probably, but let's just wait until we have better sources before listing out all 20 as "TBA". To include them would be

Original Air Date

Is it actually relevant to point out the original air date on Disney XD, since it's an Disney Channel series. If it was the case, all the shows that air in multiple channels would have pointed that out. Thanks - Artmanha (talk) 17:22, 5 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Episode table

Can someone help me fix the problem with the episode table? I don't know if it is happening just with me but the names of the episodes don't fit in one line anymore also the directors and writers. How do I fix it? Thanks. - Artmanha (talk) 00:06, 1 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

EvergreenFir, can you help me, please? Thanks big time. - Artmanha (talk) 12:33, 1 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

No, there have been no recent changes to {{Episode list}}. I've tried resizing the columns but I'm not sure what the tables looked like before recent problems so I don't have anything to compare to. Unfortunately, there's a lot of information and not much room to fit it all into. --AussieLegend () 19:05, 1 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Nyuszika7H: I get your point, the problem is Disney Channel has this thing where they sometimes broadcast the show's pilot as a "preview" and then officially broadcasts the show, starting with the second episode. So the show's official start date would be the second episode's date, which can be confusing to unaware readers. You are probably comparing this Wikipedia page with the pages of other Disney Channel shows, which don't distingue the "preview" from the start date, but this comes from reasons I can't really help you with since I'm not following other Disney Channel series nor their respective Wikipedia pages.
Regarding the heading for season 2, I only left the "2014–present" because it is still ongoing and it is not secure to state it will finish its broadcast in 2015. I would advise it to be left open: "2014–" and change it once the season has wrapped up. But if you prefer leaving it "2014–15", that's okay. Hope I could help. – Artmanha (talk) 20:24, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Series finale 2016

I don't know how to include citations, but they've confirmed the series finale will air sometime in 2016. So the season two box should be edited to say 2014-2016 - with citation included! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.1.193.151 (talk) 19:24, 12 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

People who don't set the schedule have stated that they plan to air the series finale sometime in 2016. Until it is officially scheduled by the network itself nobody who is unrelated to the network can confirmed anything. Geraldo Perez (talk) 19:44, 12 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Episode 39 alternate title

s2e19 which is listed as debuting 23 November 2015 is listed here with the title "Weirdmageddon 2: Escape from Reality".

There is some different information I would like to supply for its Canadian airing on our country version of DXD.

First, it debuted 28 November 2015, 5 days later. We could have a column using the AltDate field for international air dates.

Secondly, the title is listed differently.

Instead of Weirdmageddon it uses Xpcveaoqfoxso

Perhaps that is how the word is spelled in the language of Bill Cipher, not sure.

Instead of Escape from Reality it says Escape From Mabelland.

Odd because in the show the word is spelled with only one L, but in the TV guide with two.

I took a photo of my TV guide displaying this to show people:

Also did a PrntScreen from Jan 2 for the above-pictured rerun http://www.disneyxd.ca/schedule/ showing they have not changed the title so it does not seem like a mistake.

So should we listed -Xpcveaoqfoxso Part II: Escape From Mabelland- as an alternate title... dunno, wanting feedback.

Sorry for the lack of simply using Wayback machine for the DXD site but it only displays in Canada. When I have tried archiving there in the past, due to the San Francisco server it just bounces people to the US site. Kind of like what happens if I try to visit the American sites, bounces me to Canadian. --174.92.135.167 (talk) 13:11, 29 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I've noticed that Zap2it lists that too, but it seems like a mistake – it's listed as S02E39 and there is no air date listed. "Xpcveaoqfoxso" is the encrypted version of "Weirdmageddon" that Alex Hirsch used in his initial tweet announcing the first part. "Xpcveaoqfoxso Part II: Escape From Mabelland" may have been a working title or something. Since this is an American series, we probably shouldn't use Canadian TV listings as a source, and the Zap2it listing looks like a mistake. And considering that the air date comes after the original premiere, there is no reason to include that. Even if it had been aired earlier than in the US, it would only be appropriate in the "Broadcast" section of the main article.

Fully concur with Nyuszika7h. Also, this is not the first time something like this happened. Episode "Northwest Mansion Mystery" was also titled as "Northwest Mansion Noir". -- Chamith (talk) 18:27, 29 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Listing alternate air dates is helpful for documenting a show's international exposure, there's plenty of room for it. As for alternate titles, couldn't we simply list the alternate title below the other one? Alternate titles are used all the time in anime episode lists where they will do the kanji, romaji, and English translation, so a mere 2 titles here when we know 2 were used isn't much to ask at all. 174.92.135.167 (talk) 18:40, 30 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
