Disputed-inline: Inconsistency of Settings - Cotton Residence

The character list for Frank Cotton states that Frank and Larry’s mother’s home is in America, while the character list for Julia Cotton states that same home is in England. This house can not exist in two separate locations, and there is no hint of the possibility of the Cotton sons’ mother owning a house in each country.

Naming Standard

Should we use the first name alphabetizing standard we are currently using, or change to a last name standard?

Examples: Kirsty Cotton (under K) --> Cotton, Kirsty (under C) Frank Cotton (under F) --> Cotton, Frank (under C)

Also, regardless of that decision should we be alphabetizing by title?

Dr. Philip Channard (under D) --> Philip Channard (under P) or Dr. Philip Channard (under D) --> Channard, Dr. Philip (under C)
