Finnish wikipedia has an article about selected All-stars teams since 1961 fi:Jääkiekon maailmanmestaruuskilpailujen tähdistökentällinen
So, it seems that this article title (List of IIHF World Championship directorate award winners) is somewhat misleading, because I understand these are all award winners that there are.
