What is the scope of this list article? I see a number of characters listed that sound like one-off jokes/characters:

• Pastor M. Postor is a fake pastor hired by Lola Nidora to officiate the wedding of Frankie and Yaya Dub.

Okay, why is he noteworthy?

• Ursula Palais Smash - Portrayed by: Maine Mendoza (shown only in picture)
• Don Miguel de Explorer - Portrayed by: Wally Bayola (shown only in picture)

Agreed. A picture is not an acting role. Incidental and episodic characters should not be listed. Guest audience members (including the families the main characters randomly visit) should not be listed. Secret phone caller does not need to be listed. Celebrities who are commenting from studio as themselves during the segment should not be listed. Notable guests can go in the episode itself as they already have. Either the entire character list gets offloaded to here or this should be deleted and replaced with a simple paragraph highlighting the major guests.
