It is nonsense to say about "anode component" in case of a rechargeable battery, as "anode" and "cathode" are defined by current direction:

during charging positive terminal is an anode, negative - cathode; during discharging the positive becomes cathode, the negative - anode.

Same for Lithium-titanate battery. Lithium-ion battery clearly says titanate is used as negative electrode material.

There are several different lithium titanates. The most important ones are the lithium titanate spinel Li4Ti5O12 – this is the one used in
