just wanted to point out a phrase in this article that underscores the claim of cultural bias in the US. " The black sheep" and "the black sheep of the family" create a negative image of the word 'black'that can develop an unconscious bias.Perhaps a phrase like "a challenging child" or 'a rebel" would give the same meaning. Bei Bei Chow
