National parks?
Just looking at this, the section on local planning authorities in England fails to mention National Parks, some of which have the status of local planning authority, in effect taking over the planning powers of district/unitary authorities where the National Park overlaps. I'll check which NPs this relates to. Dotdotdotcomma (talk) 17:06, 24 February 2017 (UTC)
