When I looked up "Luther rose," I discovered there were two overlapping articles entitled "Luther's seal" and "Lutheran seal". A Google search revealed twice as many hits for "Luther rose" as for "Luther's seal", and seven times as many hits for "Luther rose" as for "Lutheran seal". I merged the two articles and moved them here. This is my first major edit, so it didn't come out right the first time. Tweeq 15:53, 5 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Heraldry

Should discuss occurences of Luther rose in heraldry. --Daniel C. Boyer 20:04, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The picture of the Luther rose is not correct here. The rose should be a simple rose. (Terot 14:39, 11 November 2007 (UTC))[reply]

I have now changed the image of luther rose to the Lutheranism template. This rose is simple and more correct (although the leaves might not be green). (Terot (talk) 22:08, 22 November 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Someone has vandalized the page by replacing the rose image with that of a seal. I'm a newbie so don't know how to fix it...Niederbrach (talk) 05:40, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Coat of arms of Ramsau and Greifenstein do not bear Luther rose. These are regular roses.--90.190.139.232 (talk) 10:21, 4 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
