It's not. This is a totally different place to Madha, which is in the mountains off the east coast of the UAE. This is inland of Hatta on the Dubai/Hatta Road. Alexandermcnabb (talk) 10:48, 24 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Where is this place?

@Alexandermcnabb: So where exactly is this exclave? I went to the coordinates listed above, 24.897039, 55.858209, and the spot that corresponds is definitely not an exclave of Oman within UAE. This spot is well within the regular boundaries of Oman, and I can find nothing on my maps that uses this name to refer to this place. Are the coordinates correct? There's a settlement I can find called Mahdha on my maps, which is reasonably close to the coordinates, but further south and it's definitely not an exclave. 24.405418, 55.963703. It is in Al Buraimi, though, and it seems to be this place that reference #4 is referring to, not a mysterious exclave of the same name. Are we sure this isn't the place? It is part of the Wilayat of Buraimi. The article is wrong in saying it is an exclave, it is not - it is contiguous with Buraimi, but stretches up across the main Hatta/Dubai road, where there are now border posts at either end of the Omani section of the road, which is signposted locally as Rawdah, the Omani village in the middle of the stretch. However, Mahdha, which as a wilayat seems to cover most of the area north of Buraimi, is most certainly NOT Madha, which IS an Omani exclave on the east coast, containing in its turn the Sharjah exclave of Nahwa.
