Title

On the Yardbirds' original US album and UK single releases, the song was titled "You're a Better Man Than I". This wording was also used on the short lived Live Yardbirds: Featuring Jimmy Page (1971) and the comprehensive 7-LP Shapes of Things (1984). "Mr..." doesn't appear to show up until the 1993 Train Kept A-Rollin' box set.

The original Terry Knight and the Pack single was titled "Better Man Than I", but on the 1966 album it's listed as "You're a Better Man Than I". The 1969 Manfred Mann Chapter Three album uses "Mr..." on the label, but AllMusic lists it as "Mister..." Neither includes a comma after Mr./Mister.

I retitled the infobox and perhaps the different titles should be clarified in the article.

Song title

Why is this page called "Mister, You're a Better Man Than I" when the song title is "You're a Better Man Than I", I don't believe there are any versions with the word "Mister" in the title. Robman94 (talk) 01:17, 26 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
