Some suggestions: 1. Make sure no generalizations are made. “So doctors feel that it is against their profession to not let someone know when they could be at risk” Should be changed to “some doctors”. 2. Detailed explanation will be helpful. Some sentences are kind of metaphorical. ”When a traditional autopsy is not able to determine the sudden cause of death,” This part is kind of unclear to read. Might be better if specified. 3.The “methods” section is very vague and is hard to follow and understand.
