Move 'Al Mukalla' to 'Mukalla'
The most common name for the town in English usage seems to be just Mukalla rather than Al Mukalla. Only 2 out of the 10 English-language references this article names the town as Al Mukalla, the others naming it Mukalla. Googling also shows Mukalla to be more common.
