Thanks for doing some work guys

I was working on this article last year - maybe taking off a bit to much. Unfortunately I haven't been able to spend any time on it and I don't have a fixed internet connection. Im really happy to see that it hasn't gone completely down the tubes.

Abolition of cross border municipalities

Cleanup and moving of list information

This article was in dire need of a cleanup, as tagged, and I have begun that effort. As part of this, I have moved the list of municipalities to

List of South African Municipalities. That page is going to require a lot of cleaning up and maintenance, and I think it would be better to use it as a reference for the creation of articles, which can then be added to categories of municipalities, rather than a static list. Anyway, I'll get back to this later, and try and add some more information. Unfortunately, making sense of the intricacies of South African local government is a difficult task, as most of these have only been in existence, in their current form, for 5 years (or less).
