Money

I suggest that the table of units of money be changed so that the units be compared with the kyat. The units will seem less exotic if rendered thus:

Table of money units
Unit Ratio to 1 kyat
Romanized Burmese
1 pya 1/100
1 mat 1/4
1 mu 1/10
1 kyat

What is Ratio to previous?

I see the column "Ratio to previous" in most of the tables in this article. What is it supposed to mean? I think the article should have a clarification note before the first table. -- ADTC Talk Ctrb 02:58, 23 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It means, for example, that 1 hnan is 10 sanchi, and 1 mayaw is 6 hnan, and so on. —
