Kyle J. Norton's work which was copied here, appears on many web pages. I was unable to post a link to one of the copies because it is on wikipedia's blacklist. Several copies that I checked were very explicit that duplicating the material must include the author's name and all links (and to do that would not be appropriate in wikipedia).
