Name of club - Salamis or Salamina?

Should this club be properly named Nea Salamis or Nea Salamina? The two seem interchanged at random throughout the article. - fchd (talk) 08:34, 7 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The club's badge and website both have the name as Salamis. Salamina is an alternative name for Salamis. пﮟოьεԻ 57 09:23, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Its the same name. In Demotic Greek is Nea Salamina and in Katharevousa (the formal form of greek language in 1948) is Nea Salamis. Xaris333 (talk) 11:13, 17 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Article too long, try splitting it

This article is way too long, and I suggest that it should be splitted. One way of doing this is to move the info about the football-department and the volleyball-department into their own articles. This would be easy to do, but what should be the name of those articles? --

I have now reverted the recently added semi-complete translation from the Greek Wikipedia because it only cluttered up the article and should better have been translated from scratch. Still, the article seems a bit long and we might split off some of the statistics. De728631 (talk) 22:04, 3 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have created Nea Salamis Famagusta FC for the football department. Xaris333 (talk) 11:20, 2 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

All fix [1]. Xaris333 (talk) 14:14, 12 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If this is not the real flag or the emblem of the club, what purpose does it serve in this article and the associated template? – Finnusertop (talkcontribs) 17:47, 5 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Noone. I removed it. Xaris333 (talk) 14:14, 12 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
