Can we really say that those are famous people from the New Lodge? Many of them are from Sailortown/The Docks area. —The preceding

   * Gerry Fitt Politician - lived Antrim Road
   * Frank Carson Comedian - Lived Stratheden Street
   * Sir John Lavery Painter - Lived North Queen Street
   * Sammy Millar Author - Lived Lancaster Street
   * Seamus Lynch Playwright - Lived Moffatt Street
   * Caroline Stewart Radio D.J. - Lived Victoria Barracks
   * Hugh Russell Boxer - Lived Victoria Barracks
   * Ronan Bennett Writer went to school here - St Patricks Primary School North Queen Street

I removed Ronan Bennett as he was actually from Glengormley! Most of the others, except Seamus Lynch, are from the New Lodge proper. Gerry Lynch (talk) 15:25, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
