I'm guessing that there is more to this story than it lets on. Is the whole plot of the film that a guy brings a bunch of people to the 13th floor and tries to kill them? Does he succeed? Do any live? It sounds to me more like the beginning of a film, where this hidden 13th floor is later discovered by people in modern times, and they end up having to face the ghost of the serial killer who killed his 13 friends on the 13th floor. Why else does it mention them covering the floor up with a frieze to hide it? No matter how you cut it, there seems to be a lot missing here.AnnaGoFast (talk) 19:04, 20 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
