Moved the Pak Army Rangers to Pak rangers. Not an army unit. Not a special forces unit, although it may contain some. It is in effect a

I have rescued and restored this subsection which was deleted by some users. Though the section is long and needs some removal of too much details about the incident. i do not support a complete removal of the subsection.
