Non infectious

Shouldn't the lede paragraph in the article explicitly state that "fossil viruses" generally do not produce viral particles and are generally not infectious even though parts of their genomes have been integrated into the host's genome? One can eventually deduce that if one is familiar enough with genomics and viruses, but it is not obvious from the article now. C4dn (talk) 23:21, 21 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
