Pan-African University, Lagos → Pan-Atlantic University – the University last week (May, 2013) changed its name to Pan-Atlantic University. Authorities said the main reason for this was the confusion with another Pan-African University which is operated by the African Union. Procedural close you are requesting we delete another university article for this university article to be renamed? You have to do something about the target article first.
