In 1999, there were four classifications... in 1995, these were established...

It turns out that this is among the oldest sentences in the whole article, but it didn't make sense even then. If there were already four classifications in 1999, how could they be established later 1995. Were they just informally established before? If so, then it should say "formally established" in 1995. Since both facts have also never have been cited I think we should just remove them. tahc chat 04:49, 20 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
