Proposed Rename

I propose that this article be renamed to better reflect the fact that it is in fact about the parable of the master and the servant and for more grammatical correctness. John Carter (talk) 18:47, 12 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Since it's exclusively the primary text without any critical analysis, interpretation or secondary sources, I propose we delete it instead. We don't even have a source that those Bible verses are actually known as "the parable of the master and the servant". Huon (talk) 20:28, 12 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
All NT parables, and in fact all other discrete textual elements of the Bible, are notable. there are immense amounts of source materials, certainly about all specific sayings of Jesus. . The thing to do is ass them, not remove the article, per WP:BEFORE.
If I were able to do so myself, I'd have done so. Instead, I tagged it and asked for the help of WikiProject Christianity half a year ago, which did nothing. By the way, I have a severe problem with claims that "all X are notable". If so, it should be easy to write an article explaining why and giving sources. Instead, we have lots of parable articles which contain no information but the "discrete textual elements" themselves. Huon (talk) 08:14, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This article now has sourced content. -- Radagast3 (talk) 07:14, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
