Does anyone know of a P.C. Amazing Accomplishment Award?

See writer Eugene Trivizas, illustrator Helen Oxenbury, book The Three Little Wolves and the Big Bad Pig (UK: unknown publisher, 1993) --articles where we "credit" this award without any reference.

There is no evident mention of "Amazing Accomplishment" at Parents Choice Awards (about) and there is a Parents Choice webpage for the book without mention of any award.
